Central Stay with Friendly Service
local information room upgrade
I received plenty of useful information about the area during check-in. Our room upgrade to a larger space proved very convenient with our big suitcases. Staff members were always happy to help with directions and requests. I appreciated their friendly and efficient service.
The room lacked sufficient storage. There was no wardrobe for jackets. This proved very inconvenient when it rained.

minor issues DURING stay
poor air conditioning small bathroom
the location was PRIME for seeing all the things.
The air CONDITION did not work too good. it took a while TO even figure out how the shower worked. The bathroom WAS small. i just did not care for IT much.

Fantastic Stay in the City Center!

The location was superb. I found it was a short walk from the train station. The breakfast had a simple, but delicious selection. The staff was really professional and cute!
I noticed a lack of storage in the room. There was no wardrobe for jackets, really inconvenient on rainy days.

cold food rude staff
the receptionist seemed cute when i arrived and gave helpful information.
The air conditioning did not work properly and the breakfast was bad with both food and service falling short. the hot food was always cold, which wasnt nice. the staff at breakfast seemed rude and unhappy. i always had to ask for things like plates or for food to be refilled. It seemed like a lot of trouble for them.

The location provides straightforward access to city attractions. The breakfast included good variety. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit selection. The staff was helpful with directions and recommendations. They answered all my questions.
The gym had limited equipment. It could benefit from additional machines.
